This was great! I added a bit more spice because I like it that way, and added a Daiya cheddar cheese sauce to it. Delicious and good texture with rice spiral noodles. Leftovers kept plenty well on the dash of my vehicle while working for a packed meal.

I used this recipe, but substituted the fresh herbs for dried. Not as much ‘wow,’ but it went in to stroganoff anyways.
