Used butter instead of water this time for the salt 10/10
I doubled the batch and had some mishaps due to that but was able to fix it with some extra water and flour, sadly not as strong of a brown sugar flavor because of that though.
Came out so much better this time. Whisked in separate bowl and strained any unwhisked egg out. It suggests cooking on ‘low,’ but needs about level 4 to actually thicken.
Did lose my lime juice until the end though so I used lemon instead 😔
