Added about 1/2tsp of vanilla extract. Used homo milk. Do not over mix, fold together wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Fill mini muffin cups only 3/4 full as muffins get good rise. 14 minutes in a sprayed aluminum mini muffin pan seems good.
