I’ve done 5 loaves with this recipe since I received a starter from a friend. So easy, and each loaf has come out beautifully. I’ve varied a few of them with flavors: cheddar with “everything bagel” seasoning, raisin and cinnamon, cranberry and orange zest, and Italian seasoning with Parmesan. (Pictured) I'm addicted!!
Living on Hawaii Island, we quite often have access to fresh caught (same day) Ono.. which is King Mackerel, but the word “Ono” in Hawaiian is “delicious”.. so fitting for this fish! This batter recipe was perfectly scrumptious and soooooo Ono!!
