Back again tonight. This app is awesome. I don’t know if she actually made this dish, but Ashley gets the benefit of the doubt. This dish taste pretty good, 6 of 10. I substituted Achiote paste for the aji amarillo, because I live in Alberta and that’s what I had. I put to much lime in the dish but that’s on me…. I’m learning. Guys, Mindy will not steer you wrong, this recipe turned out awesome. I did have some frozen cashews left over from the December holidays. I whish I had used those or sesame seeds. They would make a great addition. Follow the link, watch the video, easy. But don’t overcook the bean sprouts, and garlic chives are cheap and also worth it.
This is one of those awesome recipes you can use up leftovers with. Left over rice, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, even zucchini. Stuff that has to get used up before it spoils. The wife loved it and I think you guys will to.
Folks, For just the wife and I, I .25 the ingredients list. Perfect for two people. Nice change from the typical pasta salad. It was great, don’t be afraid of it.
