Used 200+g sourdough discard instead of other flours. Added an extra egg yolk and a double espresso shot and some cinnamon. Going to let ferment in the fridge
I like it better with coconut on outside not in filling 12 dates ~1 cup macadamia nuts 1+1/2 cup toasted coconut ~ 1/4 cup coconut cream ^blitz all this in food processor Coat in melted chocolate (3+1/2 4.4oz bars) Sprinkle with salt when still wet Into fridge to set
