This was a little dry, and it needed more apple, the weighed amount was not nearly enough. Needed a swipe of butter when eating it.
Next time I'll mix half of the apples in with the dough instead of doing layers.
The parchment paper is a must - otherwise the apples/sugar overflow the pan and burn on the bottom of the oven. Make sure the edges extend well beyond the edges of the pan.

Yum! I used only 1 cup of semi-sweet mini chocolate chips. Next time I'll reduce the amount of sugar.

Fresh rosemary sprigs instead of bay leaves, added onion.

Added mixed oriental vegetables.
