Unroll the crescent roll sheet onto the lined baking sheet. Cut the sheet of crescents into 8 equal pieces and pinch the seams together. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture to the middle of each crescent square. Fold in the corners and pinch them together to seal the crescent. Place 2 cherries and some cherry gel in the middle of each bite.
