Made my own vegetable broth by boiling veg scraps from the past 3 weeks that I have been building up in the freezer. This also included frozen thyme and rosemary that I also threw in the broth when simmering it. As off the soup, I incorporated pesto into it. I will melt the pepper jack cheese when reheating then just dip my homemade toasted sourdough with butter. Makes it easier than making the croutons separately.
Delicious and squishy. I used some lemon extract as well in the cake and frosting. Also made extra frosting. Edit: This did not do well in the fridge. It got very dense. Leave on the counter.
