Caramelized a vidalia onion and cooked the spinach in the same pan when close to done then added peas and broth . Also added fresh chopped tarragon and dill when blending with the immersion blender. Then transferred half to blender and and fed extra broth as needed and salt and pepper. If you don't want to make the croutons, Use just the cheese on top when reheating and add some regular seasoned croutons on top.
Wasn't as crispy as I would like and I used a larger steak and cut into small strips. And used olive oil instead. Suggest draining meat before adding sauce and simmering. Was still delicious.
