So good. Do not forget the sesame seeds!! Makes enough sauce to share a couple jars and still have enough for later. I keep the extra jars in the freezer as this stuff will mold after a while in the refrigerator. (I imagine it spoiled way before mold was visible.)
I scaled up and that ended up being too much chipotle in the sauce/marinade. No need for extra sauce as the pork was so spicy already. Had to put a bit more toppings than usual to balance out heat and dryness.
I added shredded rotisserie chicken after cooking. Was a bit watery, but still excellent. Was very good with some garlicky croutons and some melted cheese on top, wow.
