added coriander seeds and fennel, cooked for an hour. creamy and delicious

Made 15 cupcakes. I used an ermine cream cheese frosting and will never go back

Made this for carrot cupcakes and is by far my new favorite frosting. Had originally used a different recipe that made a ton of the flour/sugar/milk goo so I saved half in a pastry bag and then used it for this cream cheese frosting the next day and am sure this could be prepped a few days ahead

Tastes incredible! Next time I’ll try a sour cream glaze on top! Used regular flour.

Turned out delish!! Using toasted coconut worked great. The frosting was a little runny- use a colder bowl & whisk next time!
