Great with or without noir.

Couldn't find a Serrano subbed a jalepeno but should have used a whole one. Definitely go heavier with the spices. Tastes good but little underwhelming.

Still too much coconut, be careful with the salt in this. It was quite pink halfway through so I added tomato puree for colour.

incredible flavor, and the whole place smells amazing while it’s cooking. not as difficult to make as i’d guessed from the recipe, great with an olive loaf and a cold soda or some hot tea.
