- [ ] Onion and olive oil in pot & 3 cloves of garlic and cook until onions cooked but don’t overheat olive oil - [ ] Take all meat and throw in and put stove at 5 - [ ] Stir it all together and 3 spoons of pimento and 5 or 6 all spice and 1 bay leaves and mix and you’ll have lots of water should come up to half of the meat - [ ] Throw in half can tomato paste and salt - [ ] Add red wine and water equal parts to cover all beef at LEAST - [ ] Add chicken stock - [ ] Cover with spoon on medium heat - [ ] When you can put a fork in it add potato’s - [ ] Should take total of 1 hr 30mins
Used red onion instead of white, measured spices with my heart, used both jalapenos in the soup (none for garnish), used white beans instead of kidney beans. Was perfect💜
