To use sourdough directions, feed starter at night, begin in morning with active starter, rest next overnight on counter, bake 2nd morning.

Added potatoes with same spices and olive oil so that they get cooked with the chicken fat. Potatoes had to stay an extra 30 min after the chicken to be completely cooked

Magret de pato com laranja e mel de flor de laranjeira.
Retirar da frigideira a 54c.
Para a próxima usar duas laranjas para mais molho. Mel em vez de açúcar fica muito melhor.
