my favorite coffee cake recipe!! it’s perfectly balanced, but on the less sweet side. i always triple the amount of cinnamon though, because i find it very light. i also add about 4 tablespoons of water to the middle cinnamon batter, otherwise it’s the same dryness as the streusel topping.
