A couple things I did different from the recipe: I mixed the ricotta with the egg and sauce then mixed in with the noodles and then layered slices of fresh mozzarella in the middle and on top. I omitted Parmesan in the cooking process since we just sprinkle more on after serving. I broiled for ten minutes after baking at 400 and almost but not quite burned the mozzarella! Also I used penne because my store didn’t have ziti. I also poured leftover sauce over the top after serving after the photo. Great and super easy recipe I’ll make again.

Oven 350F Grease muffin tin Sauté onion in butter until soft Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder In another bowl combine eggs, milk, and mustard. Once combined add onion, ham, and cheese Stir wet into dry until combined, don’t over mix Bake for 25-30 min
