  1. Slice chicken into ¼ inch strips

  2. Coat in Mayo as a binder

  3. Lemon Pepper as a rub

  4. Feed chicken onto skewers

  5. Cook on grill, rotating often

  6. Once at 165 degrees internal temp, coat skewers in sauce

  7. Place coated skewers back on grill for 2 min to tack up the sauce

  8. Reserve some sauce for table
