  1. Whisk ingredients together and bring your ketchup to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

  3. Remove your ketchup from the heat and allow to cool covered with a lid. *if you were going to can it skip this step and go ahead and pour the ketchup into your canning jars.

  4. Bottle your ketchup and refrigerate.
