Ham Cheddar Muffins
1/4 cup butter
1/2 onion
2 cups flour
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp mustard
1 cup ham
1 cup shredded cheese

Oven 350F
Grease muffin tin
Sauté onion in butter until soft
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
In another bowl combine eggs, milk, and mustard. Once combined add onion, ham, and cheese
Stir wet into dry until combined, don’t over mix
Bake for 25-30 min
