Love making these! Knew I had to add tortillas to my recipe book when I scanned all the grocery store tortillas into Yuka and couldn't find a single one with a good rating!! Using a cast iron tortilla press, these come out amazing every time!! I use parchment paper to sandwich the dough in the press so it doesn't stick. The parchment paper releases after a couple seconds on the skillet. The mix can be wet if I use all the water, so I don't add it all at once. I'll add 1 or 2 tbsp at a time until it's not dry but not sticky.
