Yummy! - used 250ml not 500ml of milk (I honestly rec 200) - ~2 tsp salt for the sauce - next time I'd use 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast bc the flavor is overpowered a bit by the tofu's sauce - blended the silken tofu before putting into the sauce Will definitely make again!
Yummy! Subbed kashmiri mirch for cayenne+paprika, buffalo sauce for oyster sauce, and ranch with Kewpie mayo for a more Asian leaning taste. Def would add less salt/soy sauce next time—forgot how salty oyster sauce is! Also recommend keeping the oyster mushrooms in a straight line vs folded over for ease of consumption
