I added a 7 oz. can of jalapenos, and it's INCREDIBLE. As-is, it's a bit too crumbly for what I want, but it's still good! Next time, I'll use butter, not vegetable oil, and a second egg.
The second picture was a second round, cooked for 15 minutes, not 12. 17-20 minutes looks and feels like the sweet spot. Second picture was scooped using a 2-tablespoon measuring spoon, vs. trying to eyeball it.
I used raspberries rather than blueberries. Also- to avoid it being 'overdone' like I mentioned before, don't use frozen blueberries, and check it after 60 minutes
