This recipe makes 6 to 8 pancakes and are both tasty and filling. No butter or syrup needed if you are watching the fat grams and calories.

They are delicious. Rotating and switching the pans is critical. My sailboat stamp did not photograph well. Recommend a stamp with more distinct pattern

Total winner! My grand niece said the rice was better than Takaoka‘s, a high end Japanese restaurant in town.
- Used Mahatmas long grain rice. Rinsed until water was clear.
- Did not use MSG or turmeric.
*Some family members would prefer less sprouts.

Vey tasty. My family would prefer slightly less ginger. I used Napa cabbage with ribs removed. Next time I will double Napa cabbage because Napa lost more volume while cooking. Flavor was much mor subtle than coleslaw mix. Tight roll is critical for frying.
