These were way too tough. Next time I’ll use panko (as it says) instead of the fine breadcrumbs I used. I’ll also try not to pack them to hard when forming them. I also want to try them with venison because it goes so well with sweet and savory.

Incredibly disappointing. I mean, it’s bananas, chocolate and marshmallows, so obviously it tasted fine, but it did not taste any different than just eating a banana plus chocolate and marshmallows. I think maybe this would be better if you unwrapped the banana, cut it in half, pile the toppings on, and bake it. IDK.
