050425: This worked very nicely with some low-capsaicin jalapenos. I microwaved the cheese on the top and, because peppers seem to hold their (temp) heat really well, it took a long time for it to cool enough to eat. But sorta nice with the extra little bit of heat!
073125: Double the Chipotle in Adobo was amaaazing! 061625: Not too sweet, if one uses Chipotle in Adobo, per directions. Any other chili powder is not the same. This time, ALMOST too hot - maybe just right. Very, very good! March 2025: Excellent! (A tad sweet, perhaps?)
