This was OK, but too sweet for The Gentlemen. Maybe some hot or saltier cheese?

This was great, even with Costco grated parm. The Costco chops - being 5" tall (OK, I exaggerate) - meant a bit more time without raising the temp and burning the bits off the surface of the chop

My balsamic dressing + some Ranch was really good. So were canned sardines!
