I used 1 lb of ground 80/20 beef and poured of the excess grease. I used pre-grated parmesan in a tub because all the other cheese I had was sliced. Also, it took a dozen eggs to fill the muffin cups. I had ground beef leftover.
Oh! Two places for notes. This is really exciting. I like this better, so I can add pics. This was with gluten-free white cake mix and blueberries. Try more butter and another egg next time. It was really dense.
