Removed corn syrup and baked lower and slower. A little too salty. And a little too sweet. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 300 connect bake. Thermometer read 350
Too sweet and to chewy. Maybe cook lower slower. The edges got crispy but tasted over done while the inside was chewy. Maybe cook high to set then turn oven off until golden. Maybe less corn syrup to reduce moisture. maybe no corn syrup
1 egg 4 yolks cooked on stove top for 3 minutes gently bubbling mixed chocolate in while still warm until smooth baked at 300 until done about 20 minutes
