- Add fries AFTER stir frying in the sauce, otherwise they get soggy - Don't overcook/soften the peppers and onions too much; keep them crunchy - Could use a little bit more of the sauce - Ended up using white vinegar and red wine and seemed to work fine
- Came out very thick and grainy; be conscious of quantity of cheese added Used a Mexican white cheese (forget what kind) so could've been the type of cheese - Don't overcook
