Recipe makes enough Halupki for family - lots of leftovers (freeze). Had difficulty removing cabbage leaves with tongs and knife. Use more sauce next time and season the sauce more
Could use additional spices. Also ratio of sauce to pasta/salmon was too low. Increased recipe sauce ingredients accordingly (~doubled). Cooked salmon at 350 for closer to 18 minutes - increased temp and for shorter in recipe
Excellent. Notes: - Cook scallops on higher heat for short duration (6 on knob, 2-3 min/side) - Added separately cooked broccoli - Definitely squeeze lemon on at the end - Be generous with salt/pepper! - Added a few splashes of heavy cream to help thicken (accidentally added all of pasta water; definitely do bit by bit)
