Sorry no photo for this one, although I recommend only three cups of milk and I used 2% milk and it turned out fine. If too thin just continue to whisk on low heat and it will thicken up. Only used salt and pepper to taste. Tastes great especially if one happens to have ‘drippings’ to add.
Used 32 oz ricotta mixture, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and if too rough a about 1/4 cup of whole milk. Also used 29oz can of tomato sauce instead of 16oz can. Came out perfect.
