Skipped the shortening (it’s not included in her cookbook version). Amazing!! Really be sure to place cookie dough at least 2” apart and make them smaller than you think. I also halved the icing.

I may have found my first Broma dud :( Maybe my ingredient proportions weren’t perfect enough. I’m still happy with this recipe and it fulfilled my sudden cupcake craving 🧁

This was so fun to bake and so easy! I used a spring form pan and it worked lovely! Halved the frosting which was more than enough for a smiley face and dotted border (not pictured)
