Very tasty. Didn't add any more salt when mixing, and that was sensible. Took an hour to cook and was still quite sloppy, maybe I didn't squeeze out enough water, or it needs another spoon of gram flour, or I'll use the fan next time.. Definitely worth the wait and I'm very impatient with cooking.
Having actually followed the recipe this time, it's probably a good idea to squeeze the liquid out of the grated courgette, it's quite messy to eat because it's so liquid.
Used spaghetti instead of tagliatelle and whipping cream instead of creme fraiche, but it turned out well. It wasn't really enough for the 2 of us though, next time I would use the measurements for 4 people, or make a side dish.
