If refrigerating dough- don’t let it sit out too long, it will rise too much and not allow a big rise in the oven. Follow recipe to let it sit out for about 15 min before shaping
Used young ginger and 2 cans coconut milk. Did not use pork since I had already made pork chops. Substituted pork for chicken bouillon. Accidentally overcooked the acorn squash but still turned out delicious!
Tried air frying instead of grill- only got a char on the edges. Will use a grill next time. Flavor is great! Just like pork chops in a Vietnamese restaurant
