Made 10, taller than typical English muffins. Could roll dough out thinner and get a dozen. Cooked on heat level 2, 4 min per side. This was good for first batch, over cooked second batch, reduced heat and time for 3rd. Do this preemptively next time.
Used 100g starters vs 200g, made up difference with 50g flour and 50g water. Used 2% milk. Mix felt too thin, added flour until consistency seemed appropriate (came to 150 g extra flour). Made 15 4" waffles.
