Used 2 Tablespoons of Key Lime Juice in the crust and the whipped cream. The crust was pretty wet, see how it tastes, maybe drop to 1 Tablespoon next time?
Used 1 full cup of Key Lime Juice in the filling. Hard to get to set up. Cooked at 325 for around 40 minutes and raised to 340 the last 5-10 minutes. May have over cooked, need to see what I can add, another yolk maybe to help it set up better.
