Halved the recipe but only used 1/8 tsp each cinnamon and ginger. It was a bit dark for me so I added more cornstarch. Next time I will try with less cocoa.
Not done baking yet but wanted to wore down my adjustments. I thought a 9x13 pan as stated on the recipe was too big so I used an 8 inch square. Only used 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 cup sugar. Added 1/2 tsp vanilla. I should have creamed the butter and sugar first as the butter didn’t mix in well. Maybe it will turn out. Maybe not. 🙃
Made 24 minis! I didn’t add any extras. Baked 12 minutes. The fuller ones could’ve baked a little longer, but they were so tasty! Plus baby loved them!
