the recipe claims it tastes like chicken. it does not taste like chicken. it is tasty, but if you're expecting chicken you'll be sad. I kinda want to do it again, and season the tofu. More than just some salt on it, I think it needs... maybe onion powder, or a touch of paprika, to give it a little something all on its own. The sauce is good, I may also increase the amount of spices in it, just to kick it up a notch.
