Played around with this, didn't cook the peas, just thawed them. Full weight of basil but no parsley, tahini instead of yoghurt and oil. Really tasty, needs a good amount of salt and pepper!
First time cooking & eating tempeh. Really enjoyed this, may reduce soy sauce by a third next time. Finished with lime juice at the end and garnished with basil and spring onion.
Made a half quantity. It is nice stirred into pasta with additional lemon zest and juice but too coarse to be used as a dip. Maybe blending it would be a better option.
