Very tasty, I omitted the wine because I ran out. This is a really simple recipe and to be honest, apple cider vinegar would work just fine. Of course December means finding fresh tarragon is an unnecessary challenge, so dried it was. Thumbs up from my wife, I really suggest students try this. Cheers

I’m giving a shoutout to Andrelorenz for posting this gem. I really enjoy reviewing your posts for treasures like this one. From the website Tasty.com, comes this cheesy treat. I was checking the reviews and decided to follow Mrs Wiese’s suggestion of adding some French onion soup mix to the bowl. This is a winner and it definitely made its way to my Pinterest board. Cheers to everyone, and enjoy if you try it. It was a bit of a chore to caramelize those onions for an hour, but worth every second. It was a chilly snowy day and chose to serve this with some stroganoff noodles. It paired quite well.

These were a treat. I wanted to avoid the grease that naturally occurs with minced beef, so instead I cubed up some stewing beef about 1/2 x 1/2 inch pieces. The texture of the Empanadas was surprisingly satisfying. So a big thanks to Catherine from Cookabily for posting these. I served these up with a black bean salad which included roasted sweet potato and a maple syrup based dressing. The recipe for the salad is listed on my profile, and tasted great. Nico from The Plant Based School gets the credit there.

Sometimes a person misses home, and growing up in Atlantic Canada this was a constant in many households. Just as Ree from Pioneer Woman states, you can add any kind of vegetable to this soup. Just like any other typical soup. Opting out Oregano for fresh Thyme sprigs was my choice, because I’m in the middle of harvesting my Thyme. And I enjoy Pearl Barley with this bowl of comfort. If you haven’t yet tried Hamburger Soup, you won’t be disappointed. Cheers folks.

This is a surprising gem. Instapot simple with an actual spice blooming technique instead of just dumping in curry powder. Meeta the blog author of Piping Pot Curry, brings us some Mumbai inspiration for this dish. Along with some experience from Mom no doubt. The instructions are simple to follow and it comes with a step by step video. Served with some basic Basmati Rice. My wife really enjoyed the dish. I added the addition of Tejpata leaf, not Nessary but we enjoy the flavour. Enjoy if you try and cheers.
