These were tasty. I think I cooked them either in too much oil or too long in the oil. They did crisp up and taste good but once they started cooling off, tasted a bit too oily.
This was so good, especially over rice. One of my first attempts at trying to like mushrooms and I ate ALL of them!! I didn’t have peanut oil so I used a splash of sesame oil. I’d make this again.
This was decent. I think the batter mix just wasn’t my personal preference. This was also my first attempt at fried batter so that probably didn’t help.
