Couldn’t find Thai chilies or Thai basil so just used Serrano chilies and regular basil. It still turned out really good, but it would probably be better with the right ingredients.
Big flavors. Pretty easy. I made it for a family of seven so I crisped the chicken on my large electric griddle and then put it all into a casserole dish and finish the rice in the oven with about 50 minutes of cooking time and it turned out perfect
