Very distinct taste. It turned out a bit spicy after in the fridge, but was pleasantly surprised that it worked great as a little meal prep. Gnocchi does start to soften on the 3rd day.
Super yummy and easy! I used quartered canned artichokes. Made it easier to prep, but most stayed in quarters after mixing/baking which could be a pro or con for the individual. I didn't like the big quarters of them after freezing/ reheating for meal prep. Otherwise, it was great! I'd make this all the time.
