I hated it when it was first done, maybe because of the wine? (I don’t like wine) But having sunk the day and ingredients I tried it the following day and it was much better.
Very thick batter-do not use whisk! Add 1/3c more yogurt and double the recipe or use a smaller pan. Better yet, use the old fashioned Betty Crocker recipe for coffee cake and add the apples (sautéed).
