1x ingredients made 18 muffins (3oz) Modifications done: • 160 C for 15min (air fryer) • 5min cooling on muffin pan before letting it cool down on a wire rack Storage: • room temp + tissue on container = 4-5 days Suggested modifications (for next time): • dutche chocolate chips is a bit too melty, try chopped chocolate bars or callebaut (others: dukes, beryls) next time
Results: - used buttermilk substitute but I wasn't able to remove the clumps - butter didn't fluff, it clumped into small pieces after liquids were added - ube halaya was difficult to spread so I only put 2 lines at the bottom and middle - used air fryer (at 170 C) but bottom was still raw so I flipped them and baked at 160 C for 5min - used white chocolate glaze (100g + 1tbsp butter)
