A whole big jar of it! Considering what they sell pumpkin pie spice for, this is a huge savings! Silly me though, I double the recipe and ended up making a whole lot of it. That's a blessing in disguise though. We have so much pumpkin puree to use up that it's better to have more of this spice than less.
We added 5 minutes to the cook time, but it possibly could have used another minute or so. This seems like it could be a good base for things like fruit or other flavorings.
