Major success! Favotie dish- Subbed out pecan for cashew (halved with fingers), Subbed out dressing for 2 lemons juiced, 1/3 cup olive oil, black pepper tons, salt, german mustard Used full bag of chopped prepped kale from whole foods, removed the stems, and also used 2 full envy apples diced (not just 1 cup) Also ignored shallot and used 1/4 cup red onion
Top was a little hard(could be cooked more), bottom was perfect — both pasta (half gluten free and half wheat) turned out great except dried out crust mildly so can consider foil on top for first part and then remove to brown crust-breadcrumbs with parmesan instead of pecorino worked great
