Delicious. I had to add slightly less flour and had to bake slightly longer (2 extra minutes covered) and (2 extra uncovered). The crust is thin and extremely frisky. Beautiful springy/moist and flavourful bread. Great slices if used as an indulgent bun.

So easy and satisfying. I served mine with buttered peas.
