Cooked the beef with taco seasoning instead of the listed herbs, and used diced tomatoes instead of canned. Turned out really well!! I doubled the recipe and there was lots of extra filling; added corn and salsa to that, and of course topped it with even more cheese, which added an extra punch of flavour. Would definitely make this again
Made this using gluten free flour and panko alongside some spaghetti for my parents. My dad, who is notoriously judgmental and nitpicky with food, had absolutely no notes! It was perfectly crunchy and delicious. I’ll definitely be making this again!
My GOAT, Ms. Sally’s Baking Addiction, strikes again. This tiramisu was to die for!!! Although I would suggest making one and a half cups of espresso, because one cup as the recipe states was not enough; I ended up having to brew more halfway through. Anyway 10/10
